What I teach

I have worked with a range of people, the majority who want to feel stronger and move better. I do this through using a range of bodyweight and weighted exercises, whatever your preference, to help you reach your goals. I am a qualified powerlifting and calisthenics coach.

I focus on biomechanics - looking at your body as a whole system - to work around any injuries, and get you moving efficiently. I am qualified in biomechanics and exercise referral to help work around and prevent injuries.

Some of my clients compete in their sports (powerlifting, ninja/OCR, rowing, climbing), some do it just for fun, and some just want to feel better day to day.

Iā€™m always there to support my clients both regularly and for big events. I love to see everyone achieve their goals and go beyond - and have plenty of fun doing it!
