My coaching approach is all about putting you and your goals first – because it is YOUR fitness journey!
I mostly work with clients on a 1-1 or 1-2 basis. This gives you the most feedback, allows me to really dive into what you enjoy and will give you the results you want.
No matter what you want to achieve, whether its to get stronger and lift more weight, feel better in your clothes, develop skills like handstands or pull-ups, or build up your cardio– I am focused on teaching you what you need to do it, and keeping you motivated on your journey.
How do I do it?
This is the fun part! Once you are part of the team, I can help you decide on your goals, working around your existing commitments to make sure whatever we do is achievable and will work for you!
Outside of face-to-face sessions, you will be set a fully personalised program depending on your goals, and through my app there's a really simple way of tracking and monitoring your progress.
